Eligibility for return

For regular priced merchandise, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

• For sale merchandise, items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged, including masks, candles, swimwear and sales items marked 50% or more.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
• Returns are subject to inspection once returned. If items are not in their original form/condition we reserve the right to refuse your return and keep your item(s).

Please note we are taking extra safety precautions to process returns, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10-15 days) to issue your refund. We appreciate your patience during this time.

 

Restocking fee

Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

• Jackets and Boots: $10 restocking fee per item
• All other commodities: $5 restocking fee per item

*Please note that your items must be returned in their original packaging [box and reusable bag], otherwise your order will be subject to an additional $5 fee per item.

These amounts will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges online. The easiest way to proceed is to return items and place a new order.
